Any product can be returned (except for exceptions below) for a refund excluding shipping costs within 48 hours of receipt.
A credit can be received excluding shipping costs for products returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned independently by the customer.
Live plants/flower bouquets cannot be returned.
Custom designs and products made to order (not from stock) cannot be returned.
Products ordered specifically from the supplier or cut to order cannot be returned.
